So you're building some great technology, but how will you explain to your clients and users how it works?  How will you record its growth?  How will you describe it to any new techs or engineers that will have to extend and maintain it?

Document it!

Documentation is not an extra expense.  It's not project overhead.  It's part of the project.  It's integral to your great new technology because it defines it.

So, how will you create quality documentation to go with your technology?  None of your techs or engineers like writing documentation and they simply don't have the time.  Your clerical staff can't, they don't have the technical know-how.

Hire a professional Technical Writer.  Technical writers like writing technical documentation.  That's why they are technical writers.

The main function of a technical writer is to take complex concepts, processes, and work flows, and create concise, accurate, and easy-to-use documents.

Who Am I?
